Each year, the staff and governors at Maple Tree work together to set key priority areas which will drive our school's improvement even further forwards. These 'whole school objectives' are created and monitored throughout the course of the year. We are pleased to share our objectives for the 2023-2024 academic year below:

Priority 1

All leaders ensure the curriculum is well sequenced and taught in a highly effective manner that leads to good outcomes for all pupils.

Priority 2

Promote deeper thinking and a greater shared understanding of the curriculum and pedagogical subject knowledge.

Priority 3

Embed all aspects of our vision with consistency across the school so that it promotes pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural education and supports the mental health and wellbeing of our school community.

Priority 4

To embed our early years curriculum and establish structured systems to support children to meet national standards and prepare for Year 1.
